    Breakfast not included off season. Add $10.00/person for breakfast.

    A minimum of 30% deposit is required to confirm reservation. Visa and MasterCard are accepted, but cash or check preferred. Supervised children welcome.  Non-smoking rooms are available in the Main House.  No Pets allowed.  A complimentary breakfast is served daily in the Main House at 9:00 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Rates are based on double occupancy per room.  Extra guests are $10.00 per person. Applicable taxes will be charged. Boat Slips available for $10.00 per day. Please reserve in advance, limited space.
