There is a $20.00 surcharge on Friday, Saturday nights and Holidays, June 21, 2013 - September 08, 2013.

A minimum of 30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Visa and MasterCard are accepted, but cash or checks are preferred. Supervised Children are welcomed. The Main House is Non-Smoking. Smoking is allowed outside the House. No pets allowed, except ours. A complimentary country breakfast is served in the Main House at 9am, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Rates are based on double occupancy per room. Extra guests are $10.00 per person. Applicable taxes will be charged. Boat slips are available for $10.00 per day, advance reservation advised.
